CELLAR POTENTIAL:This wine is best drunk while it is youthful. Optimal is 1-2 years
COLOUR:Pale colour with some green/straw hues
BOUQUET:Highly aromatic profile with fresh gooseberry, lychee and tropical underlying. Fresh with lovely purity of fruit.
PALATE:The palate is long, crisp and refreshing with tropical fruits, lime zest, white pear and passion fruit characters.
VINEYARD & VITICULTURE:Sourced from a single vineyard from Forreston which is situated in the Adelaide Hills, with an average yield of 3.5 tonne per acre.
WINEMAKING:Crushed and destemmed and pressed to a settling tank. Cold settle was employed, after 2 days the juice was racked and primary fermentation was undertaken between 15-18oC to preserve natural aromatics.
