2020 Moscato

ANALYSIS: 11.0% Alcohol, Residual Sugar 40 g/L
CELLAR POTENTIAL: This wine is best drunk while it is youthful.
COLOUR: Pale colour with some green/straw hues
BOUQUET: Displays a lifted boutique of perfume, fresh apricots and rose petals.
PALATE: A lush, crisp and slightly spritzy palate, with apricot and light fruity flavours.
VINEYARD & VITICULTURE: Sourced from a single vineyard from the Barossa Valley, with an average yield of 4.0 tonne per acre.
WINEMAKING: Crushed and destemmed and pressed to a settling tank. Cold settle was employed, after 2 days the juice was racked and primary fermentation was undertaken between 15-18oC to preserve natural aromatics. The base wine was carbonated to give it a slightly spritzy flavour.
STORAGE/MATURATION: No Maturation process employed.
