| PALATE: | A lush, crisp and slightly spritzy palate, with apricot and light fruity flavours. |
| VINEYARD & VITICULTURE: | Sourced from a single vineyard in One Tree Hill. |
| WINEMAKING: | Crushed and destemmed and pressed to a settling tank. Cold settle was employed, after 2 days the juice was racked and primary fermentation was undertaken between 15-18oC to preserve natural aromatics. The base wine was carbonated to give it a slightly spritzy flavour. |
| STORAGE/MATURATION: | No Maturation process employed. |
