| VINEYARD & VITICULTURE: | Sourced from a single vineyard from Forreston which is situated in the Adelaide Hills, with an average yield of 3.5 tonne per acre. |
| WINEMAKING: | Crushed and destemmed and pressed to a settling tank. Cold settle was employed, after 2 days the juice was racked and primary fermentation was undertaken between 15-18oC to preserve natural aromatics. |
