| VINEYARD & VITICULTURE: | Sourced from a single vineyard from Southern One Tree Hill, with an average yield of 3.5 tonne per acre. |
| WINEMAKING: | Crushed and destemmed and pressed to a settling tank. Cold settle was employed, after 2 days the juice was racked and primary fermentation was undertaken between 15-18oC to preserve natural aromatics. The primary fermentation was 13 days, where to fermentation was arrested via cooling to preserve some natural sugar to give the Rose style some lush sweet raspberry characters. |
